CPR PRIME TIME

4 minutes as Prime-time minutes, CPR immediately can slow down the speed of cell necrosis, increased the shock of success in triple.
4-6 Minute without CPR, brain cells possibility of injury

AED PRIME TIME

Shock within 1 minute, the survival rate will be 90%
Shock within 5 minutes, survival rates will be 50%-75%
Delay every 1 minute for electric shock, the survival rate of patients will reduced 10%

1. Confirm your environment security

2. During CPR the patient should be placed on the ground, do not placed in unstable or soft surface

3. Using AED must ensure the ground is dry, and do not conduct electricity

1. 打開上蓋後，依照螢幕及語音提示操作。/Follow visual and voice prompts

2. 輕拍雙肩、觀察患者反應。無意識而且無呼吸 -需立即執行CPR。/Check responsiveness

3. 要求旁人幫忙打119求救、前往取得AED。若無其他人在現場則應自行撥打119求救，並立刻開始執行CPR。/Call for help

4. 在患者胸前貼上CPR-D貼片。/Attach electrode pads

5. 此時AED會開始進行分析，故告知並注意周圍的人不要碰觸患者。/Stay clear of victim。

6. 遵照語音執行。若聽到”建議電擊”確認無人接觸患者後，按下按鈕。/Follow audio guidance。

7. 電擊後或不電擊都需持續執行CPR到支援抵達。此時Real CPR Help®功能開始，透過語音及節拍器達到高品質CPR。/Administer CPR until help arrives。

When to stop CPR?

–When patient has restored breathing and circulation

–Rescuers has been exhausted ( need someone to take over)

–When the ambulance team to take over
